USS has been permitted to work in all over of Bangladesh for the people development through its registration under NGO Affairs and Bureau and Social Welfare Department. Currently USS has been working in two Districts; Gaibandha and Dhaka.

At present USS is operating various activities/projects in 10 unions of Saghata upazila, 4 unions of Fulchhari upazila, 2 wards of Gaibandha Sadar upazila in the Gaibandha District, and Mohammadpur of Dhaka.
