Governing Body of USS

USS team is led by the Executive Director with a team of professional and experienced staff, who work collectively to plan on scheduled implementation and management activities. The Executive Director of USS is responsible for implementing the strategic decisions and policies that has been decided by the board.

Policy and program direction are provided by the Executive Council members, whose skills as development leaders and activities, contribute a great deal in the way the organization works tirelessly to improve community livelihood in all it programs. Monitoring and evaluation is considered by USS as a vital tool and an essential element of project and program development and performance management. Participatory monitoring and evaluation are a modern tool that allows projects to become learning processes for project participants.

Coordination meetings at USS aims at better inter and organizational communication and organizational development both at the central and field level. Team work and dedication shown by all staff has demonstrated how a collective effort enhances progress in an organization.
